North Inland 5,316 homes available

North Inland San diego is home to the cities of Escondido, Poway, Rancho Penasquitos, Valley Center, Vista, and San Marcos. The beautiful landscape and family lifestyle attract visitors and residents alike. Here you can find trees, chaparral, horses, and hiking trails, harking to the area´s rural roots.

As more and more people gravitate to San Diego, many have found their way to the North Inland where housing tends to be more affordable, and the traditional neighborhood is more common, than it is in Central San Diego. Even though many of the residents of North Inland commute to San Diego for work, they don't seem to mind. They prefer the more relaxed atmosphere of the northern region, over the hustle and bustle of living closer to the city.

These communities are a good mix of people who have been around for a couple of generations and young families just starting out. Families are also drawn to North Inland for its top-notch schools. Poway High School for example, has one of the highest percentages of high school graduates in the county who continue on to college.

The beach is more than a boundary dividing land from sea, more than a place to swim or sunbathe. In San Diego, the beach is a way of life, a source of pride and joy, a defining influence in people's lives. For some, the mere memory of a mid-summer sunset melting into the Pacific is reward enough. Others have a more intimate relationship with the sea: surfing and sailing, biking and running, swimming and diving along San Diego's many coastal beaches and bays.  First-time visitors and life-long residents are regularly awestruck and appreciative, you will be too.

New Construction homes in Downtown San Diego has become a nationally recognized destination for new home buyers with a full range of high-rise buildings currently available offering both new construction and re-sale opportunities. Whatever your individual tastes or lifestyle, Downtown, also known as "Metro," with its broad selection of architecture, locations and price will be sure to satisfy your dreams of sunshine and sophistication. Our agents not only specialize in high-rise properties, but in connecting potential owners with just the right investment to help ensure that that dreams come true. So what are you waiting for?

South Bay 2,422 homes available

At the southernmost end of the county, South Bay has beautiful beaches and great neighborhoods. It is unique because it has what no other region in the county has, an International Border. Only 20 minutes from downtown San Diego, the United States Mexico border is the gateway to Baja, California.

As the county's population slowly spreads to outlying regions, the South Bay has not been ignored. As in North County Inland, many young neighborhoods, such as Eastlake and Otay Ranch are springing up to complete the older areas, like National City, Imperial Beach, and San Ysidro. Home prices are among the most affordable in the county.

An Olympic Training Center opened recently in South Bay, as did an enormous water slide park and Coors Amphitheater with a 20,000 seat, outdoor venue for concerts. As with San Diego's other regions, the South Bay is constantly looking to the future and finding ways to make its little corner of paradise even better.

East County 3,363 homes available

East San Diego County boasts an outdoors experience unlike any other in San Diego. It is home to the Cleveland National Forest, Cuyamaca Rancho State Park, and nearby Anza Borrego State park among several others. For the gaming crowd, East San Diego County is home to several casinos and gaming resorts. And if you're looking for the ultimate cowboy hat or the perfect pair of boots, you're in the right place.

But don't let the casual appearance of some fool you. Culture and sophistication can be found as well. The East County Performing Arts Center in El Cajon stages a variety of wonderfully entertaining productions every year. The annual Oktoberfest in La Mesa draws people from all over the county. The Mother Goose Parade attracts hundreds of thousands every year on Main Street in El Cajon the Sunday before Thanksgiving.

East County has more than its share of pleasure to be sampled. And give the residents credit for having figured out how to enjoy the best of both worlds. They have the serenity of the quiet life, but the lights of the city are only a short drive away.
